Have you ever wanted to ride behind the horse instead of on it? Have you ever wanted to be able to hook up your horse and go for a bobsled ride? Have you ever wanted to win in the show ring? Well, maybe you should consider DRIVING!

We will have several experts on hand to show you the ropes in hoof and health care, grooming and harness, breeding, starting a colt in the roundpen, and driving single to a four. We will be using Paints, Warmbloods, and Percherons. There will be lots of one-on-one attention and hands-on learning.

We are having Freeman Yoder from Bloomfield, Iowa, who is with the Yoder Connection, come to teach driving. He has shown nationally in driving and trains horses from all over the country. Last year one of his Percheron mares topped the sale bringing $30,000.00 and this year has already topped the sale with a Percheron mare bringing $18,500.00. He consistently is turing out great driving and halter horses of many different breeds. Come and learn from one of the best.

The price for the entire week is $400/person, which includes lunch each day. Free camping (without hookups) will be available and there is a motel nearby with very reaonable rates. We will also be having a steak dinner Friday evening. Rates for individuals who want to come for the day may vary. We encourage everyone to come.

We also have training and boarding available for driving horses and horses for sale at all times.
