We would like to share some of our favorite recipes with you'all!  Here's one to help with that sweet tooth!

Coon Hunter's Cake

2 c. flour

¼ tsp. salt

2 eggs

½ c. nuts

2 c. sugar

2 tsp. soda

20 oz. can crushed pineapple

1 tsp vanilla

Mix together and pour in greased 9" x 13" pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  When done, punch cake with fork and pour icing over cake while warm.

Icing

1 stick butter, melted

1 ¼ c powdered sugar

1 (8 oz) cream cheese

½ c. nuts

1 tsp vanilla

Mix butter and cream cheese and add rest of ingredients
